Why is the Chatroom not Working?

I get this question at least once a day. The short answer is the Chatroom IS CURRENTLY WORKING, but ONLY for paying members.

Here is what visitors see when they visit the chatroom HERE without being logged in first:

And here is what paying members see once they first log into the Members Area HERE and then visit the Chatroom HERE:

Confusing to some, but common sense to others. I hope this helps.
